Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns received no later than 14 days from the date you receive the item.

All items must be returned in the original condition with all tags intact - unworn, undamaged, no makeup stains and without any other marks or stains.

If any items are deemed in an unsaleable condition they will not qualify for a refund.

Please be aware that any original shipping fees are non-refundable and return fees are met at the customer’s expense.

We highly recommend that you use a tracked service so you can check the journey of your parcel back to us. Please keep your proof of postage safe as we will not be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

Once we have received your return parcel please allow upto 14 working days to refund back to your account. We do not do exchanges, Refunds only.
